This pictures was shoot through a glass window of one of the buildings in Bodie. The light source is from an off camera flash unit that was remotely triggered shinning in through a second window around the corner.

 •
Leaf Cutters

Tabacon, Costa Rica
We were staying at the Lost Iguana Inn and went for a walk in the nearby jungle. We came across several lines of these ants. This was the only one that we found crawling across a branch.

 •
Williams and Humbert Bodega

Cadiz, Spain
The barrels are filled with sherry. This building is designed to stay at a particular temperature and humidity. Part of this is accomplished by allowing the rain water to flow into the room and down the pillars. It then soaks into the ground and helps to maintain the humidity level.
 •
Imperial Sand Dunes

I visited the sand dunes for the first time in the summer of 2010. This is just one of the wonderful images that I was rewarded with.
 • Untitled photo
 • It took me a while to get this shot right. I sat with my camera on a tripod and a remote shutter release attached. Every time a bird would come by I would snap a picture. I was finally rewarded with this image.
